<br /> <br /> 1.0 – Greenbrier Street 2.43 – Viking Drive <br /> <br /> <br /> 3.58 – Twin Lake Blvd 4.14 – Woodlynn Avenue <br /> <br />Pavement Management Plan <br />City staff reviewed the pavement ratings and found them to be representative of the overall <br />condition of the pavements. The ratings are one of the many tools used to analyze the system and <br />forecast future pavement work. Staff also took the following criteria into account when <br />prioritizing the pavement management plan: <br />• Year and type of last pavement rehabilitation <br />• Traffic volume and type of each roadway <br />• Level of ongoing maintenance & patching needed <br />• General condition & needs of underground utilities <br />• Safety of motorists and maintenance staff <br /> <br />Taking each criteria into consideration, a 15-year pavement management plan was developed. <br />Individual project areas and project types were identified and included in a specific year for the <br />next 10 years (2022 through 2031). Streets within the 10-year plan should be reevaluated <br />annually and re-prioritized based on need, funding available, and other factors that influence <br />infrastructure projects. <br /> <br />Years 2032-2036 were grouped into one category; identifying specific projects and years this far <br />out is unreliable.
