An improved or unimproved public park or fishing <br />pier located in Little Canada or a city that is immediately adjacent to Little Canada, <br />that is owned by the City, Ramsey County, a school district or other governmental <br />entity. <br /> <br />e. School. Any public, nonpublic or parochial preschool, elementary school, secondary <br />school or high school that is located in Little Canada or a city that is immediately <br />adjacent to Little Canada. <br /> <br />f. Temporary residence. A place where a person abides, lodges or resides for a period <br />of 14 or more days in the aggregate during any calendar year and which is not a <br />person’s permanent address or a place where a person routinely abides, lodges or <br />resides for a period of four or more consecutive or nonconsecutive days in any month <br />and which is not a person’s permanent residence. <br /> <br />2204.025: PROHIBITED LOCATION OF RESIDENCE <br /> <br />a. It is unlawful for any designed predatory offender to establish a permanent residence <br />or temporary residence within 500 feet of any school, licensed child care facility, <br />public parks or fishing piers. <br /> <br />2204.030: A predatory offender shall not do any of the following PROHIBITED ACTIVITY: <br /> <br />a. Be present upon or within 500 feet of any school, school bus stop, church or place of <br />worship, public park, or city easement or public wooded or open space or any public <br />trails, as well as any public fishing piers. <br /> <br />b. Be present on or in any vehicle or other conveyance owned, leased, or contracted by <br />a public or nonpublic elementary or secondary school without the written permission <br />of the school administrator or school administrator's designee when the vehicle is in <br />use to transport students to or from a school or school-related activities, unless <br />enrolled as a student at the school or unless the vehicle is simultaneously made <br />available to the public as a form of public transportation. <br /> <br />c. Be present upon the real property of a child care facility without the written <br />permission of the child care facility administrator. <br /> <br />d. Be present upon or within 500 feet of the real property boundary of a child care <br />facility. <br />
