(As we work to finalize all aspects of this document for Council consideration at the <br />upcoming meeting please note that some of these figures may adjust slightly.) <br />Project Prioritization Summary <br />Priority 1 $1.7M <br />Priority 2 $615k <br />Priority 3 $315k <br />Priority 4 $205k <br />Priority 5 $1M / 2.5M* <br />* Priority 5 includes potential installation of an artificial turf soccer field. <br />The first number is if that field is never constructed. The second is if <br />those improvements occur. <br />NEXT STEPS (PREPARING FOR IMPLEMENTATION) <br />The following timeline outlines the steps required to prepare for successful implementation of the <br />identified project in 2022. <br />•STEP 1: Develop construction plans for initial project features <br />o If Council desires, we can prepare a scope to provide survey and prepare construction <br />documents for the desired initial project at a future Council Meeting <br />•STEP 2: Identify funding strategy for desired initial project <br />o This could include grants, assistance from local community groups, in-kind donations, <br />community-build opportunities, capital improvement budgeting <br />•STEP 3: Determine Critical Project Timeline <br />o City staff will work with the design consultant to establish a timeline required to meet <br />City Council desired implementation schedule
