<br />2 <br /> <br /> <br />To date there have been no comments from property owners from either street regarding the <br />proposed assessments or any part of the process. The meeting will be televised to enable anyone <br />to watch if they cannot make it to City Hall. <br /> <br />SOURCE OF FUNDS <br />Street and utility improvements will be funded thru the City’s Infrastructure Capital <br />Improvement Fund and special assessments. <br /> <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />Staff recommends that the City Council pass Resolution Adopting Assessments for the 2021 <br />Street Improvements Improvement No. 2021-01. Staff also recommends the City Council Adopt <br />the Assessment Rolls, interest rate and certification to Ramsey County. <br />
