<br /> Site survey of boundary and topography <br /> Attend two (2) progress review meetings, one each at the 60% and 90% milestones <br /> Construction documents including the following: <br />o General notes, cover sheet, and tabulations <br />o Removals plan <br />o Site layout <br />o Detail layout plan for water feature and two playground areas <br />o Grading plan <br />o Utilities plan including storm, sanitary, and water services <br />o Landscape plan <br />o Construction details <br />o SWPPP plan <br />o Project manual/specifications <br />o Coordination with private utilities <br /> Engineer’s Opinion of Probable Costs (OPC) <br /> <br />BIDDING SERVICES <br />The selected engineer will provide bidding administration services as outlined below. <br /> Prepare bid documents for distribution to bidders <br /> Assist in answering bidder questions <br /> Prepare and issue addenda if necessary, to answer bidder questions <br /> Attend bid opening meeting to assist in determining the lowest responsible bidder <br /> Deliver letter of recommendation for bid award <br /> <br />EXCLUSIONS/ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br />Consulting services other than those described above shall not be considered part of the project <br />scope and may be authorized by the City as Additional Services. Examples of additional services <br />are listed below: <br /> Architectural design of structures (not anticipated) <br /> Structural engineering (not anticipated) <br /> Construction observation (as needed / to be determined) <br /> Soil Borings <br />(The City secured soil borings and a geotechnical report from American Engineering <br />Testing, Inc. (dated January 14, 2020). The selected engineer’s design will be in <br />accordance with the soil conditions and recommendations of the report. <br /> <br />Please provide the following items as part of this solicited proposal: <br />1) Proposed schedule/time required for delivery of the items listed in the project scope. <br />2) Proposed fees and terms of the proposal. <br />3) Please return to Bryce Shearen by end of day on Wednesday, October 6, 2021 via <br />email at bryce.shearen@littlecanadamn.org.
