<br />2 <br /> <br />The estimated overall project cost for Yorkton Ridge is: $302,175. The estimated overall project cost <br />for Maple Lane – Jackson Street is $299,710. <br /> <br />SOURCE OF FUNDS <br />Street improvements would be funded through the City’s Infrastructure Capital Improvement Fund <br />and special assessments. 50% of street-related project costs are assessed to abutting properties on <br />rehabilitation projects. Utility improvements would be funded through the City’s Infrastructure <br />Capital Improvement Fund. <br /> <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />Staff recommends that the City Council approve the Resolution receiving the Feasibility Report and <br />Calling for Hearing Improvement No. 2022-02 (Yorkton Ridge) and 2022-03 (Maple Lane – Jackson <br />Street). The improvement hearings will be held during the City Council meeting on December 15, <br />2021 at 7:30 p.m. <br />
