CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 857 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING LITTLE CANADA CITY CODE CHAPTERS 202, <br />PLANNING COMMISSION AND <br />CHAPTER 2501, PARKS AND RECREATION COMMISSION <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />ORDAINS: Chapters 202 and 2501 are amended as follows: <br /> <br />Section 1 <br /> <br /> SUMMARY PUBLICATION. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 412.191, in the <br />case of a lengthy ordinance, a summary may be published. While a copy of the entire <br />ordinance is available without cost at the office of the City Clerk, the following summary <br />is approved by the City Council and shall be published in lieu of publishing the entire <br />ordinance: <br /> <br />The purpose of this ordinance is to amend City Code Chapter 202, Planning Commission <br />and Chapter 2501, Parks and Recreation Commission to add Youth Commissioners to <br />both Commissions. <br /> <br />Section 2 <br /> <br />Effective Date: This ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage and <br />publication. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the City Council of Little Canada this 1st day of December, 2021. <br /> <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />John T.
