<br /> <br /> STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />TO: Mayor Keis and Members of City Council <br /> <br />FROM: Chris Heineman, City Administrator <br /> DATE: December 1, 2021 <br /> RE: 2022 Agreement Renewal with Northeast Youth & Family Services <br /> <br /> <br />ACTION TO BE CONSIDERED: <br />Approve the 2022 Partnership Agreement with Northeast Youth & Family Services. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The City of Little Canada has been partnering with Northeast Youth & Family Services (NYFS) <br />for many years, which also includes a City Council member sitting on the Board of Directors. <br />They have submitted the 2022 agreement with no significant changes from previous years. <br />There was a large contribution increase of 18%, split over 2021 and 2022, which City staff was <br />aware of and the budgets were prepared to accommodate these amounts. The increase for 2021 <br />was $1,583 (9%) over 2020, and the increase for 2022 is $2,207 (11.5%) over 2021 which <br />amounts to a contribution of $21,395.16. The 2020 contribution increase was also larger at <br />6.8%, otherwise previous years had very modest increases at 0.4% – 2.8%. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends approval of the 2022 Partnership Agreement with Northeast Youth & Family <br />Services with a contribution amount of $21,395.16. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
