RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING FOR PUBLIC HEARING <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. 2022-04 <br /> <br />RYAN DRIVE <br />(SPRUCE STREET TO COUNTRY DRIVE) <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />A feasibility report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of <br />Ryan Drive (from Spruce Street to Country Drive) by full depth reclamation with new asphalt <br />paving, minor curb repairs, and minor/spot improvements to the underground utility systems. <br />The improvement also includes extension of sanitary sewer along Ryan Drive. This report was <br />received by the Council on December 1, 2021, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />The report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is necessary, cost- <br />effective, and feasible. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE CANADA, <br />MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of Ryan Drive in accordance with the report <br />and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost to the City of Little <br />Canada of $433,705. <br /> <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on January 10, 2021, in the <br />Council Chambers of the City Center at 5:45 p.m. and the City Administrator shall give mailed <br />and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council this 1st day of December, 2021. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ______________________________ <br /> John T.
