<br />Caribou Coffee is a long time Minnesota brand and resident of Little Canada. We have enjoyed serving <br />guests in this location for a long time and would like to continue serving guests at this location for a long <br />time to come. We have recently made a substantial financial commitment to re-invest in this location <br />and, in particular, a substantial investment in our exterior sign package only two years ago, prior to <br />knowing the road re-alignment would occur. <br />With the road re-alignment we will need to adapt our sign package orientation to the new road <br />alignments, visibility, and traffic patterns that will exist after the road construction is in place and are <br />asking for your help in allowing the additional signage requested to address these new site conditions. <br /> <br />Warm regards, <br /> <br />Matt Masica <br />Senior Manager, Concept Design
