A garden shed may be <br />allowed between the house and the side lot line with a Conditional Use Permit; see <br />sub-section E, below. One Little Free Library is allowed in the front yard. <br />(2) From the principal building on the same lot: 10 feet <br />(3) From a side or rear parcel line: 5 feet. <br />(4) No accessory building shall be located in a public drainage, utility or access <br />easement. <br /> Page 915-1
