A Major Subdivision and Variance requires a Public Hearing and the City Council will open the <br />hearing at their January 26, 2022 meeting to take comment from the public. At that time, they <br />will consider the comments from the public and the Major Subdivision and Variance application <br />from the Planning Commission. Public hearing notice letters were sent to addresses within 350 <br />feet of the parcel on October 29, 2020 as well as to the Pioneer Press for publication. <br />RECOMMENDED ACTION <br />To recommend approval of a Preliminary/Final Plat and Variances for Front Yard Setbacks, Lot <br />Widths, and Cul-de-sac Length for the property located at 3000 Labore Road, PID 04-29-22-24- <br />0015, within the R-1, Low Density Residential District as stated in the staff report.
