RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING FOR HEARING <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. 2016-3 <br /> <br /> <br />ASPEN CIRCLE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />A feasibility report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the <br />improvement of Aspen Circle by mill and overlay and concrete curb and storm sewer <br />repair and/or replacement. This report was received by the Council on December 16, <br />2015, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />The report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is necessary, <br />cost-effective, and feasible. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE <br />CANADA, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of Aspen Circle in accordance with <br />the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the <br />improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost to the <br />City of Little Canada of $ . <br /> <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on , <br />2016, in the Council Chambers of the City Center at pm. and the City <br />Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as <br />required by law. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council this 16th day of December, 2015. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> John T.
