The <br />primary revision was the elimination of the employee award provisions. As stated in our earlier <br />discussion, staff believes we need to have a policy such as this in place that documents the public <br />purpose of some the activities we have been conducting for years. <br />Staff is recommending the approval of this policy as presented.
