MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />MARCH 23, 2022 <br />Fischer introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2022-3-50 — APPROVE THE PA Y GRADES AND PA Y GRID <br />DEVELOPED BYDDA HUMAN RESO UR CES, INC. AND ADOPT THE JUNE 29, 2022 <br />IMPLEMENTA TION DA TE AS PRESENTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br />Ayes (5). Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />COUNCIL REPORTS & MEETING UPDATES <br />McGraw reported that the Executive Director position for Nine North has now been posted and the <br />process is anticipated to take about eight months. He noted they are doing a national search. <br />Fischer reported that the Fire Department Long -Range Planning Committee met and spent time <br />discussing the building needs over the next few years. He noted that the City saved 15% on the cost of <br />the new ladder truck by approving the purchase a couple of months ago, as the vehicle prices were <br />recently increased again. He stated the Fire Relief Association met and they will be due a substantial <br />increase in their contribution since their investments did well, so that will be coming before the City <br />Council soon. <br />Torkelson announced that Lennar will be hosting a neighborhood meeting tomorrow night about their <br />proposed townhome development on the Heinel property along County Road D. <br />There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:41 p.m. <br />rV> <br />� -'7ohn .
