MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />OCTOBER 20, 2008 <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTIONNO. 2008-70-256 -INSTRUCTING CITY STAFF TO <br />APPLY FOR THE APPROPRIATE LILY PAD ERADICATION <br />PERMITS WITH THE DNR FOR THE OPEN WATER AREA <br />PROPOSED FOR WEST SAVAGE LAKE, AS WELL AS PURCHASE <br />THE NECESSARY HERBICIDE MATERIALS FOR USE ON THE <br />LAKE <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0).
