MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />NOVEMBER 13, 2008 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Planning <br />Commission of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 13th day of <br />November, 2008 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chair Dan Knudsen called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m, and the <br />following members of the Planning Commission were present at roll call: <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />ABSENT: <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Mr. Dan Knudsen <br />Mr. Tom Duray <br />Mr. Scott Barraclough <br />Mr. Jon Hall <br />Mr. Chuck Pechmann <br />Ms. Katie Socha <br />Mr. Jeff Helmeke <br />Mr. Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Mr. Kevin Helander, Cable TV <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer, City Clerk <br />MINUTES Duray recommended approval of the October 9, 2008 minutes as submitted. <br />Motion seconded by Banaclough. <br />Motion carried 6 - 0. <br />FINAL Mr. Jon Lennander, Velmeir Companies, appeared before the Commission <br />PLAT - requesting approval of the Final Plat for Centre Place 2"d Addition which <br />CENTRE is the resubdivision of property into two lots and one outlot to facilitate <br />PLACE 2ND the development of a CVS Pharmacy. The property in question is located <br />ADDITION - at the northeast corner of Rice Street and County Road C. Lennander <br />CVS indicated that in addition to the Final Plat, there will be the vacation of <br />PHARMACY drainage and utility easements would run under the CVS building. These <br /> easements will be replaced as recommended by the City Engineer. <br />Lennander described the Final Plat which reconfigures the property from <br />two lots and three or four outlots to two lots and one outlot. There will be a <br />separate lot for the north building as well as the CVS Pharmacy building, <br />and the outlot will encompass the ponding area. Lennander reported that <br />
