Resolution declared adopted. <br />2009 The City Administrator reported that on Monday, November 10`h <br />IMPROVEMENTS neighborhood meetings were held for road improvement projects for Eli <br />Road and Desoto Street (Eli Road to LaBore Road), Thunder Bay Road, <br />and Lakeside Court, which also included the installation of watermain. <br />The Adminishator reported that the Eli Road/Desoto Street and Thunder <br />Bay Road property owners appear interested in moving forward with the <br />project. The Administrator noted that given that Thunder Bay Road is <br />failing before its life expectancy, he presented to those property owners <br />the possibility of the City providing a credit for the unused life of the <br />curbing as well as freezing the assessment rate at the 2008 level. The <br />Administrator indicated that the Lakeside Court residents requested that a <br />survey be sent to these property owners to gauge their support for the <br />project. <br />6 <br />
