Informational update. <br />BACKGROUND <br />Staff continues to work on the Rondeau Park improvement project. Since the March meeting, the <br />City Council has approved the 2022 Rondeau Park Improvement project bid package and the <br />poured-in-place rubber surfacing. <br />The 2022 Rondeau Park Improvement project bid package site improvements included new <br />sidewalks and trails throughout the park, drainage improvements near the basketball court, <br />drainage and grading to accommodate the new shelter and playground, and tree and landscaping <br />plantings. The City received eight bids and awarded the project to the lowest bidder, Sunram <br />Construction, Inc. <br />Below is a table with the specific components for the 2022 Rondeau Park improvements. Items <br />in red have not been completed and staff will continue to work on those.
