MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING CITY COUNCIL LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA JULY 139 2022 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 13' day of July, 2022 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. Mayor John Keis called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following members of the City Council were present at roll call: CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Keis, Council Members Fischer, Miller, McGraw, and Torkelson. Absent: None. ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Chris Heineman, Community Development Director Corrin Wendell and City Clerk/HR Manager Heidi Heller. MINUTES Torkelson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOL UTION NO. 2022-7-82 — APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE JUNE 20, 2022 REGULAR MEETING AS SUBMITTED The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Miller. Ayes (5). Nays (0). Resolution adopted. ANNOUNCEMENTS The Parks & Rec/Community Services Director stated that the City is rebuilding Rondeau Park and looking for community volunteers to help with the build on Friday and Saturday. He announced that Night to Unite is coming up in August and this Friday is the deadline to register with the Ramsey County Sheriff's Department if you want to have a visit from public safety staff. PUBLIC COMMENTS None. CONSENT AGENDA Fischer introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOL UTION NO. 2 022- 7-83 — APPR O VING THE CONSENT A GENDA WHICH CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING.- 0 Approval of the Vouchers • Accept Donations Received January 1 — June 30, 2022 • Schedule a Workshop on August 24, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. • Approve an Off -Site Gambling Permit for Little Canada Canadian Days on July 29-31, 2022 • Approve Partial Pay Request No. 1 to Sunram Construction for Rondeau Park Improvements
