MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />11, 2008 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Planning <br />Commission of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 11th day of <br />December, 2008 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chair Dan Knudsen called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the Planning Commission were present at roll call: <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Mr. Dan Knudsen <br />Mr. Tom Duray <br />Mr. Scott Barraclough <br />Mr. Jon Hall <br />Mr. Jeff Helmeke <br />Ms. Katie Socha <br />ABSENT: <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Mr. Chuck Pechmann <br />Mr. Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Mr. Kevin Helander, Cable TV <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer, City Clerk <br />MINUTES Duray recommended approval of the November 13, 2008 minutes as <br />submitted. <br />Motion seconded by Socha. <br />Motion carried 6 - 0. <br />CUP - Mr. Chad Nelson, FPI Paving, appeared before the Commission requesting <br />3172 SPRUCE approval of a Conditional Use Permit allowing open and outdoor storage <br />STREET - of construction equipment at 3172 Spruce. Nelson reported that he had <br />FPI PAVING been leasing this property and has now purchased it. His plan is to continue <br />to operate his business as he has done over the past four years. Nelson <br />reported that he will be storing construction equipment on the site. <br />Knudsen noted the recommendations in the City Planner's report and noted <br />that the equipment and materials stored outdoors must be capable of moving <br />under its own power, stored on a trailer, stored in weather-proof containers, <br />or other storage arrangements as approved by the City.
