STAFF REPORT <br />TO:Mayor Keis and Members of the City Council <br />FROM:Colleen Schoenecker, Utility Billing Clerk - SCORE Grant Administrator <br />DATE:October 26, 2022 <br />RE:2023 Municipal SCORE Funding Grant Application <br />ACTION TO BE CONSIDERED <br />Authorize staff to submit the 2023 SCORE grant application to Ramsey County. <br />BACKGROUND <br />The City of Little Canada receives SCORE funding from Ramsey County Public Health that is used to support <br />our waste reduction and recycling-related activities and services in Little Canada. Staff is requesting <br />authorization to submit the grant application for the 2023 SCORE funding. <br />The estimated 2023 Municipal SCORE Grant available for Little Canada is $31,721.00. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends the Council approve authorizing submission of the SCORE grant application and execution of <br />the grant agreement by the City Administrator.
