The District staff must be notified once these facilities are <br />installed and an onsite meeting shall be held with the contractor and owner. Grading operations <br />shall not begin until the meeting is held and District staff approves the installed BMPs. <br />5.District staff shall be notified at least 48 hours prior to the construction of the volume reduction <br />BMPs in order to provide for construction observation. Failure to notify the District prior to BMP <br />regarding this provision shall be included on the plans. <br />6.Volume reduction BMPs shall have proper erosion and sediment control BMPs installed and shall <br />be protected from construction traffic. Permanent BMPs must be restored to original design <br />condition immediately following stabilization of the site and must function as designed before the <br />permit can be terminated. <br />7.All projects will be subject to routine inspections by District staff.
