The District staff must be notified once these facilities are installed and an onsite meeting shall be held with the contractor and owner. Grading operations shall not begin until the meeting is held and District staff approves the installed BMPs. 5.District staff shall be notified at least 48 hours prior to the construction of the volume reduction BMPs in order to provide for construction observation. Failure to notify the District prior to BMP regarding this provision shall be included on the plans. 6.Volume reduction BMPs shall have proper erosion and sediment control BMPs installed and shall be protected from construction traffic. Permanent BMPs must be restored to original design condition immediately following stabilization of the site and must function as designed before the permit can be terminated. 7.All projects will be subject to routine inspections by District staff.
