Resolution declared adopted. <br />DANGEROUS Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />DOG <br />ORDINANCE RESOLUTION NO.2009-1-11-ADOPTING ORDINANCE NO. 669 <br />SUMMARY AMENDING CHAPTER 1101 OF THE LITTLE CANADA CITY <br /> CODE, KNOWNS AS THE MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO <br /> DANGEROUS/POTENTIALLYDANGEROUSDOGS ALLOWING <br /> THE PUBLICATION OF THIS ORDINANCE BY SUMMARY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CONVENE The City Attorney recommended that the Council convene into closed <br />INTO session to discuss sri•ategy and updates relative to the Valor Enterprises <br />CLOSED litigation as allowed under State Law. He noted that Mr. James Monge <br />SESSION III, League of Minnesota Attorney, is present this evening to update the <br />VALOR City Council. <br />LITIGATION <br />Mr. Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTIONNO. 2009-1-12 - TEMPORARILYADJOURNING THE <br />REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AND GOING INTO CLOSED <br />SESSION TO DISCUSS THE VALOR ENTERPRISES LITIGATION <br />AS RECOMMENDED BY THE CITYATTORNEY <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0).
