Resolution declared adopted. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2022-11-124 —REMOVE ITEM "APPROVE 2023 AGREEMENT FOR <br />LA W ENFOR CEMENT SER VICES WITH RAMSEY CO UNTY SHERIFF'S <br />DEPARTMENT" FROM CONSENT AGENDA FOR DISCUSSION <br />The foregoing amended resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br />Ayes (5). Resolution declared adopted. <br />McGraw introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2022-I1-125 —APPROVING THE CONSENT AGENDA WHICH <br />CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING. - <br />Approval of the Vouchers <br />• Call for a Workshop on November 30, 2022 to Discuss the Water & Sewer Fund and <br />Discuss Potential Finance Options <br />• Approve the 2023 Addendum to Recording Secretary Service Agreement with <br />TimeSaver Off Site Secretarial, Inc. <br />• Approve Partial Pay Request No. 1 to Albrecht Company for Gervais Mill Park <br />Improvement Project <br />• Approve 2023 Employee Health Insurance & Opt -Out <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Fischer. <br />Ayes (5). Resolution adopted. <br />APPOINT YOUTH COMMISSIONERS TO THE PARKS & REC COMMISSION AND <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />The Parks & Ree/Community Services Director stated that "Enhancing Identity and Empowering <br />Community" was one of the four strategic directions included in the City's Strategic Plan, and one of <br />the initiatives related to this direction was to increase community engagement by adding a youth <br />member to the City Commissions. He explained the City Code was amended to allow for a youth <br />commissioner on both the Parks & Recreation Commission and the Planning Commission. He stated <br />that three applications were received, and he and the Community Development Director interviewed <br />the three candidates and were impressed by all of them. <br />3 <br />
