19 <br /> <br />Section 3.6 Data Privacy. All data collected, created, received, maintained or <br />disseminated for any purpose in the course of Grantee’s performance of this Grant Agreement is <br />governed by the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 13 <br />(“MGDPA”), or any other applicable state statutes, any state rules adopted to implement the <br />MGDPA and statutes, as well as federal statutes and regulations on data privacy. <br /> <br />PART 4 <br />MISCELLANEOUS <br /> <br />Section 4.1 Entire Agreement. This Grant Agreement represents the entire agreement <br />by and between the parties to this Grant Agreement for the matter specified in this Grant <br />Agreement. All changes, amendments, modifications, or revisions to this Grant Agreement will <br />be binding only when in writing and signed by both parties to this Grant Agreement, by their <br />respective authorized officers, agents, or representatives. <br /> <br />Section 4.2 Incorporation of Recitals and Exhibits. The Recitals made at the beginning <br />of this Grant Agreement, and Exhibit A that is mentioned in and attached to this Grant Agreement, <br />are true and correct and, by this reference, are incorporated into and made a part of this Grant <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have caused this Grant Agreement to be effective <br />as of the Effective Date set forth above. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />[Signature pages follow] <br />
