7. Park and trail dedication requirements shall be satisfied as recommended by the <br />Park Commission. <br />8. The applicant shall submit a landscape plan and tree preservation plan subject to <br />the review and approval of City staff. <br />The existing tennis court and three detached accessory buildings shall be <br />removed upon approval of the final plat. <br />10.
