Hanson
At the City Council meeting on January 28, 2009, the Council reviewed my report
regazding the violations of the PUD Permits for Temo Sunrooms. A copy of this report
was mailed to you on the 22"d. To recap this memo, I outlined the history with your
property and requested the Council direct city staff as to whether citations should be
issued, revocation of PUD Permits, or grant additional time for compliance.
During this meeting, it was the Council consensus to request a representative from Temo
Sunrooms be at the Council meeting on Wednesday, February 25, 2009. This meeting
will be a public hearing to consider the possible revocation of the PUD Permits.
However, it will also allow Temo Sunrooms an opportunity to explain why compliance is
and has been an issue in the past. Since the PUD Permits are being considered for
revocation, the Planning Commission will also be reviewing the matter at their meeting
on Thursday, February 12. To be clear, if the Council revokes the PUD Permit for Temo
Sunrooms you will not be allowed any display or storage of trailers now or in the future.
If you have any questions, please call me at 651-766-4046. Again, I strongly encourage
someone to be in attendance at both meetings on February 12 and 25. The Council will
betaking some form of enforcement action on this matter.
Officer
