Take no action on the PUD Permit, but direct staff to issue citations for <br />violation of the terms of the permit. <br />Summary and Recommendation <br />Revocation of the PUD Permits is being brought by staff at this time due to the history of <br />non-compliance with the storage on this site. The March 2008 PUD Permits were <br />issued as a result of the applicant's notice that the previous permits had not been <br />adhered to.
