MINUTES
PLANNING COMMISSION
FEBRUARY 12, 2009
stated that he could not make any promises, but would give it his best
effort.
Knudsen agreed that the situation should be reviewed after October.
Knudsen also noted the debris piled behind the Temo Sunroom building
and asked that that refuse be removed. Maietta stated that it would be
removed.
The City Planner noted that the dumpster on the property must be inside,
the exterior refuse cleaned up, and a building permit pulled for
construction of a garage in which the dumpster could be stored. Another
option is to move the dumpster into the existing trash enclosure. Maietta
reported that the existing garage/dumpster storage building on the property
has serious structural issues. Maietta stated that he hopes to be in a
position to replace this building. Duray asked Maietta's plans for getting
the dumpster inside. Maietta stated that he hopes to be in compliance by
October. If he cannot build a new garage by that time, he will make
accommodations to move the dumpster into the building and will rent off-
site storage space.
Knudsen recommended that the issue of Revocation of PUD Permits for
outdoor storage for Temo Sunrooms at 2905 Country Drive be passed on
to the City Council for their review and action at a date they determine
appropriate.
Motion seconded by Duray.
Motion carried 6 - 0.
ADJOURN Pechmann recommended that the meeting be adjourned.
Motion seconded by Hall.
Motion carried 6 - 0.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 10:10 p.m.
-IS-
