Part A
1.Business Description and Activities
a) Business overview and company history:
2019 Maxwell Labs formed LLC
First patents filed
2020 Maxwell Restructured as a C Corporation.
Friends and Family Investment Round Complete
First Incubator complete
2021 Product development of thermal paste, AI technology began development
Radiative Heat sink development began.
MHUB incubator program complete
2022 Seed-Series funding round of for $1M
Thermal coatings development
Ceramic Cold Block development
Patent granted. Additional claims made

b) Thermal paste is used on computer equipment to form a seal between components. The
thermal cooling industry is a 24-billion-dollar market. Industry standard compounds have very
limited cooling properties, and most manufacturers have not updated compounds used in the
past 15-20 years. One of the main industry problems is that it is difficult to keep computer
components cool enough to operate at full potential. As computational performance has
increased so has the heat generated by equipment, correlating to increase in energy required to
operate equipment. Maxwell Labs has developed a new technology that uses radiative
properties in all our properties, cooling significantly above market alternatives.
Maxwell Labs thermal compound is being tested at multiple computer companies. We expect to
have contract implemented any day. Exclusivity agreements are with attorneys now.
c) Competitive markets. Most of the thermal compounds are currently made in China, and some
in Germany. There is significant funding in the current government to grow our chip
manufacturing in the US, as the lack of US chip availability has had great impacts on almost all
industries over the past 2 years. Demand for thermal compounds produced in the US is on most
manufactures radar.
2. Maxwell Labs tax returns are attached. We are a start up and have been pre revenue so 2 years are
available.
