<br /> <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 870 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FEE/RATE SCHEDULE FOR THE CITY OF LITTLE <br />CANADA RELATIVE TO 2023 WATER & SEWER RATES, 2023 TRASH & RECYCLING <br />RATES, WATER METER PRICE, ELECTRICAL BUILDING, MECHANICAL & PLUMBING <br />PERMITS, FENCE PERMITS, TEMPORARY SIGN PERMITS <br />AND PARK FACILITY RENTAL RATES <br /> <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA ORDAINS: The <br />Fee/Rate Schedule for the City of Little Canada is amended as follows: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. SUMMARY PUBLICATION. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 412.191, in the <br />case of a lengthy ordinance, a summary may be published. While a copy of the entire ordinance is <br />available without cost at the office of the City Clerk, the following summary is approved by the City <br />Council and shall be published in lieu of publishing the entire ordinance: <br /> <br />The purpose of this ordinance is to amend the City Fee/Rate Schedule for 2022 water & sewer <br />rates, water meter cost, adding a shed zoning permit, park facility rental rates and park charges. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. Effective Date: This ordinance shall be effective on January 1, 2023. <br /> <br />ADOPTED by the City Council of Little Canada this 14th day of December, 2022. <br /> <br />CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br /> BY: John T.
