<br /> <br />General Construction - Miscellaneous Permit Fees <br />Fence Permit Fee is based on value – see building permit fees above <br />$50 for 6 feet tall and under <br />$75 for over 6 feet tall <br />(No State Surcharge) <br />Sign Permit (Temporary Sign) $2/day, $25 minimum & $50 maximum plus $200 deposit. <br />$50 <br />Only good for 30 days and only four permits per property <br />are allowed each year with a 120 day maximum. Only two <br />non-banner signs allowed per year. There must also be 30 <br />days in between each permit application for single tenants. <br />(No State Surcharge) <br /> <br /> <br />Park Facility Rental Fees <br />Staff is proposing a $5.00 fee increase in 2023 for all park shelter facilities and Old Fire Hall rental fees. <br /> <br />Rental Fees – Old Fire Hall <br /> $350 deposit required <br />$100 $105 – Monday - Thursday <br />$180 $185- Friday–Sunday & Holidays <br />Rental Fees – Park Shelters <br /> $250 deposit required <br />Pioneer Park Desoto (Any Day) <br /> $55 $60 resident or $105 $110 non-resident <br />Spooner Upper (Monday-Friday) <br /> $115 $120 resident or $165 $170 non-resident <br />Spooner Upper (Saturday-Sunday & Holidays) <br /> $155 $160 resident or $205 $210 non-resident <br />Spooner Lower (Any Day) <br /> $75 $80 resident or $125 $130 non-resident <br /> <br /> <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends the Council adopt Ordinance 870, Amending the Fee Schedule for 2023 water & <br />sewer rates, 2023 trash & recycling rates, water meter price, electrical, building, mechanical and <br />plumbing permits, fence permits, temporary sign permits and park facility rental rates as presented, <br />and approve publication of a summary ordinance. <br />
