<br />anticipates additional funding sources will be needed in the near future (2026-2027) to continue <br />to operate the Capital Improvement Fund as the fund is anticipated to reach a negative fund <br />balance. <br /> <br />SOURCE OF FUNDS: <br />Park improvements will be funded through the City’s Capital Improvement Plan Fund (Fund <br />400), the 10% Fund (Fund 408), American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds, a MnDNR Grant, <br />and a donation from the Little Canada Recreation Association (LCRA). See the above table for <br />details. <br /> <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />Staff recommends that the City Council award the project to Albrecht Company in the amount of <br />$1,010,402.50. <br /> <br />Staff recommends that the City Council approve Change Order #1 to reduce the contract in the <br />amount of $41,200 for a revised contract amount of $969,202.50. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />• Change Order #1
