For this project, $237,526 is proposed to be assessed <br />to benefiting properties. The estimated per unit assessment for residential properties is $1,091. The <br />Reuter Walton multi-family development is being assessed 120 units for a total of $130,974. <br />Additionally, Little Canada is assessing Five Star Mobile Estates 62 units for a total of $67,670. <br />COOPERATIVE AND MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT <br />In coordination with staff from the City of Vadnais Heights, a Cooperative and Maintenance <br />Agreement has been prepared for the project. The City’s will split project costs based on pro-rated <br />costs within each City. Additionally, maintenance and rehabilitation of the roadway will be similar to <br />years past with a few minor modifications. <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />Staff recommends that the City Council approve the following resolutions: <br /> <br />• Resolution Ordering the Improvement and Preparation of Plans for Improvement No. 2023-04 <br />on Twin Lake Boulevard <br /> <br />• Resolution Authorizing Cooperative and Maintenance Agreement with Vadnais Heights for <br />the Twin Lake Boulevard Project.
