<br />2 <br /> <br />NEIGHBORHOOD INFORMATIONAL MEETING <br />An informational meeting was held with affected property owners from Sunrise Drive and Sunset <br />Court on September 26, 2022. There, the proposed project scope, costs, and funding sources were <br />discussed with the opportunity for property owners to comment on the project and ask questions. <br />Seven residents were in attendance representing five households. Project staff reached out to and <br />discussed the project with Spruce Street property owners independently. <br /> <br />• One resident was particularly concerned about the possibility of losing driveway access <br />• Residents asked questions about special assessments and how they are applied throughout the <br />City <br />• Residents were curious about the overall construction schedule for 2023 <br />In response to the notice of the Public Improvement Hearing, the resident at 2455 Sunrise Drive <br />emailed staff to voice opposition to the project.
