MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />FEBRUARY 25, 2009 <br />would also like information on the level of license fee that the City is <br />considering. <br />Mr. Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2009-2-47 -TABLING ACTION ON THE <br />OUTDOOR STORAGE LICENSE ORDINANCE DRAFT UNTIL THE <br />MARCH 25, 2009 COUNCIL MEETING AND DIRECTING STAFF <br />TO PROVIDE MR. STANKE WITH PAST DISCUSSION <br />INFORMATION ON THIS ISSUE <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CANABURY The City Administrator reported that the Canabury Square Townhome <br />SQUARE Association has indicated that they are ready to proceed with the fee <br />HIA FEE hearing for the improvements that would be made under the Canabury <br />HEARING Square Housing Improvement Area (HIA). The Administrator suggested a <br />date of Monday, March 16, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. The Administrator further <br />reported that there is an additional veto period that will be in play wherein <br />the owners of 35% of the property value of Canabury Square can veto the <br />project. <br />The Administrator reported that the bids received by Canabury Square for <br />their improvements are very favorable. The condominium is still pursuing <br />County funding as well, but additional applications by property owners to <br />the County are needed. <br />Mr. Keis introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO.2009-2-48 - CALLING A FEE HEARING <br />RELATIVE TO THE CANABURYSQUAREHOUSING <br />IMPROVEMENT AREA PROJECT FOR MONDAY, MARCH 16, 2009 <br />AT 7:00 P.M. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />CLOSED The City Attorney requested that the Council go into closed session to <br />SESSION discuss pending litigation on the Guerin Family Trust Partnership relative <br />to a settlement agreement signed with the City in 2001, as well as to <br />discuss the Valor Enterprises litigation. <br />17 <br />
