RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING COOPERATIVE AND MAINTENANCE <br />AGREEMENT <br />TWIN LAKE BOULEVARD <br />(VADNAIS BOULEVARD TO VADNAIS BOULEVARD) <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. 2023-04 <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Twin Lake Boulevard (Vadnais Blvd to Vadnais Boulevard) resides both in the City of Little <br />Canada and the City of Vadnais Heights. The City of Little Canada is the lead agency for the <br />project and seeks to enter into a Cooperative and Maintenance Agreement with the City of <br />Vadnais Heights; <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, <br /> <br />The Cooperative and Maintenance Agreement with the City of Vadnais Heights outlines cost- <br />participation requirements for the project; <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, <br /> <br />The Cooperative and Maintenance Agreement with the City of Vadnais Heights outlines long- <br />term ownership, maintenance and rehabilitation responsibilities for the infrastructure. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE <br />CANADA, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. The Twin Lake Boulevard Cooperative and Maintenance Agreement with the City of <br />Vadnais Heights is accepted. <br /> <br />2.
