The Project is in Little Canada’s 2022-2031 Capital Improvement Plan and Vadnais <br />Heights’ 2022 Approved Budget and 2023 Preliminary Budget. <br /> <br />2. Twin Lake Boulevard, in the area affected by rehabilitation, is designated as <br />Municipal State Aid Street (MSAS) 110. <br /> <br />3. The Project has been designated by the Minnesota Department of Transportation <br />(Mn/DOT) as eligible for Municipal State Aid Street funds. <br /> <br />4. The Project has been designated as State Aid Project (S.A.P.) 200-115-001 (Little <br />Canada), and 209-110-001 (Vadnais Heights). <br /> <br />5. The subject road segment is located in both the City of Little Canada and the City of <br />Vadnais Heights. <br /> <br />6. The Project is led by the City of Little Canada in partnership with the City of Vadnais <br />Heights. <br /> <br />AGREEMENTS <br /> <br />1. Responsibility for Design Engineering <br /> <br />1.1. Plans, specifications, and proposals will be prepared in accordance with <br />Mn/DOT State Aid requirements. <br /> <br />2. Procurement and Award of Contract
