MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />MARCH 30, 2009 <br />One property owner asked who pays the fee on foreclosed properties. The <br />Administrator reported that the fee will be certified against the unit, and <br />the bank or future property owner will be responsible for fee payments. <br />One property owner asked if the condo association would be responsible <br />for the $5,000 administration fee to the City if the fee resolution is vetoed. <br />The Adminisriā€¢ator reported that this is an issue the Council has not <br />considered. That property owner thanked the City Administrator for all <br />his assistance in the HIA process. <br />There were no other comments from those present. <br />Upon motion by Keis, seconded by McGraw, the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Ms. Boss introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2009-3-77 -ESTABLISHING HOUSING <br />IMPROVEMENT FEE FOR HOUSING IMPROVEMENT AREA NO. <br />2, CANABURY CONDOMINIUMS, PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA <br />STATUTE 428A.14 THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF WHICH IS <br />$383,614.00 <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mc Graw. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />ADJOURN Ms. Boss introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO.2009-3-78 -ADJOURNING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0).
