CANADA GOOSE NEST and EGG DESTRUCTION PERMIT <br />osoao~ <br />State of Minnesota <br />Department of Natural Resources <br />Division of Fish and Wildlife <br />SPECIAL PERMIT NO. X5772 <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />Permission is granted to: Joel Hanson <br />City Administrator <br />City of Little Canada <br />515 Little Canada Road East <br />Little Canada, MN 55117 <br />651-766-4040 <br />assigned the valid Federal Nest/Egg permit or registration No. RG-03756A, to remove or destroy <br />Canada goose nests and eggs from land owned by: City of Little Canada and subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />Goose nests and eggs may only be removed or destroyed on private lands and waters <br />owned, or leased, by the permittee. When the permittee is a representative of an <br />association representing multiple landowners, the activities authorized by this permit may <br />only be conducted where permission is granted by the actual property owners. <br />2. The permittee may choose from the following methods of take: egg oiling using 100% <br />corn oil or removal of nests and eggs. <br />3. This permit is effective subject to the provisions of paragraph 12 and expires at sunset <br />the last valid date of the permittee's Federal permit RG-03756A. <br />4. This permit is not transferable to any agent or to any other individual. <br />5. The permittees, Joel Hanson, Paul Huot and Chris Smith must have a copy of this <br />permit and a copy of their Federal permit in their possession while conducting <br />permitted activities. <br />6. Canada geese nests and/or eggs removed under this permit, may not be sold, offered for <br />sale, bartered, or shipped for purpose of sale or barter. The permittee must call the <br />local conservation officer, Lisa Kruse, 651-430-1159 or Rrad Johnson, 651-646-5200 <br />prior to beginning permit activity. <br />7. The permittee shall be solely responsible for any and all damage or injury to persons, <br />domestic or wild animals, and real or personal property of any kind resulting from any <br />activities undertaken pursuant to this permit. <br />
