X5772 TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Permission is granted to: Joel Hanson City Administrator City of Little Canada 515 Little Canada Road East Little Canada, MN 55117 651-766-4040 assigned the valid Federal Nest/Egg permit or registration No. RG-03756A, to remove or destroy Canada goose nests and eggs from land owned by: City of Little Canada and subject to the following conditions: Goose nests and eggs may only be removed or destroyed on private lands and waters owned, or leased, by the permittee. When the permittee is a representative of an association representing multiple landowners, the activities authorized by this permit may only be conducted where permission is granted by the actual property owners. 2. The permittee may choose from the following methods of take: egg oiling using 100% corn oil or removal of nests and eggs. 3. This permit is effective subject to the provisions of paragraph 12 and expires at sunset the last valid date of the permittee's Federal permit RG-03756A. 4. This permit is not transferable to any agent or to any other individual. 5. The permittees, Joel Hanson, Paul Huot and Chris Smith must have a copy of this permit and a copy of their Federal permit in their possession while conducting permitted activities. 6. Canada geese nests and/or eggs removed under this permit, may not be sold, offered for sale, bartered, or shipped for purpose of sale or barter. The permittee must call the local conservation officer, Lisa Kruse, 651-430-1159 or Rrad Johnson, 651-646-5200 prior to beginning permit activity. 7. The permittee shall be solely responsible for any and all damage or injury to persons, domestic or wild animals, and real or personal property of any kind resulting from any activities undertaken pursuant to this permit.
