8. The permittee shall hold the Department of Natural Resources, its officers, agents and <br />employees harmless from any and all liability and damages resulting from any <br />activities undertaken pursuant to this permit. <br />This permit shall not be construed as a guarantee or representation by the Department of <br />Natural Resources that any particular method or degree of goose removal will reduce the <br />depredation problem of the permittee. <br />10. This permit shall not be construed to exempt the permittee, his agents, or employees from <br />any provisions of local law, ordinances or regulations, which may apply to the activities <br />authorized by this permit. <br />11. The permittee shall consult with appropriate law enforcement authorities concerning <br />public safety in the activities authorized by this permit. <br />12. This permit is not valid until it is signed by the Regional Wildlife Manager and the <br />acceptance clause has been signed by the permittee and the permit has been received by <br />the Regional Wildlife Manager (DNR Wildlife, 1200 Warner Road, St. Paul, MN 55106 <br />FAX: 651-772-7977). A second copy of the permit is to be signed and retained by the <br />permittee. This permit may be revoked at any time upon written notice to the permittee. <br />13. The permittee must provide the Regional Wildlife Manger with an annual report, or a <br />copy of the USFWS report, summarizing the date, numbers, and locations of nests and <br />eggs taken.
