<br />SOURCE OF FUNDS <br />At this time, the city has not identified any funds for this project and will wait to see if Ramsey <br />County is awarded the Federal Funds. Also, to bridge the gap between the expected city’s estimated <br />share of the project additional grant funds or other possible funding methods would be pursued <br />since the anticipated fund balance in Fund 456 over the next few years is expected to decrease. <br /> <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS <br />Staff recommends the approval of the resolution approving Ramsey County grant application and <br />commitment of local funds for the Vadnais Boulevard Trail Project between Rice Street and County <br />Road E. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />• Resolution <br />
