Canadian Days
concurs with the scope of work and have been appreciative of the City’s willingness to help
coordinate this project.
SOURCE OF FUNDS
Canadian Days previously donated $78,000 to the City for additional parking at Spooner Park but
would like $46,660.00 of that money to be reallocated to the electrical upgrades. The money they
donated was put into the General Capital Improvement Fund (400). The additional amount of
$4,540.00 (for the electrical upgrades at the bandshell) would come from CIP savings. The total
project cost is $51,200.
STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS
Staff recommends the approval of the quote from Hunt Electric in the amount of $51,210.00 for
electrical upgrades at Spooner Park.
ATTACHMENTS
Hunt Electric Quote
