CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />RAMSEY COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 875 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING LITTLE CANADA CITY CODE <br />CHAPTER 802, TOBACCO <br /> <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Little Canada, Ramsey County, Minnesota does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Little Canada hereby amends Chapter 802 of the <br />Little Canada Municipal Code by deleting and adding the following language: <br /> <br />CHAPTER 802 TOBACCO <br />802.070. LICENSE RESTRICTIONS. A license shall be issued subject to the following <br />restrictions: <br /> <br />(a) The following restrictions apply to retail establishments licensed as Tobacco <br />Stores: <br /> <br />(7) Tobacco Store hours of operation shall be between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 <br />p.m., 7 days per week. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. REPEAL OF CONFLICTING ORDINANCES. That all ordinances or parts of <br />ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby appealed. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. SEVERABILITY CLAUSE. In any section, sentence, clause or phrase of this <br />ordinance or any part thereof is for any reason found to invalid by a court of competent <br />jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remainder of this ordinance or any <br />part thereof. <br /> <br />SECTION 4.
