Final Report & City Council Presentation.......................................September 2023 <br />City staff has scheduled the initial public engagement for this study on Tuesday, May 23, 2023, <br />at the Montreal Courts Community Room (396 Labore Road). The initial engagement will focus <br />on documenting the concerns and desires of city residents and property owners. <br />In addition, a web-based engagement tool will be utilized to gather feedback from the <br />community. The engagement options are planned to be advertised as follows: <br />1.City Website (all residents) <br />2.City Newsletter, April/May/June Edition (all residents) <br />3.Mailed Flyer (residents within 0.25 miles of Labore Road) <br />SOURCE OF FUNDS: <br />The 2023-2032 Capital Improvement Plan (Parks 18) has $40,000 budgeted for this work.
