MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />APRIL 13, 2023 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City Council of Little Canada, <br />Minnesota was convened on the 13th day of April, 2023 in the Council Chambers of the City <br />Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br /> <br />Chair Taelor Johnson called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. and the following members of the <br />Planning Commission were present at roll call: <br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION: Boe, Buesing, Johnson, Kulousek, Masrud, Thorson, and Youth <br />Commissioner Lum <br /> <br />ALSO PRESENT: Community Development Director, Corrin Wendell <br /> <br /> <br />ADOPT AGENDA <br />The agenda was approved as presented. <br /> <br /> <br />MINUTES <br />Commissioner Kulousek made a motion to approve the March 9, 2023 Planning Commission <br />minutes as submitted. Commissioner Buesing seconded the motion. The motion was unanimously <br />approved. <br /> <br /> <br />OPEN TO THE PUBLIC <br />No comments. <br /> <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER BUSINESS: MINOR SUBDIVISION/LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT – <br />2857 AND 2851 VANDERBIE STREET – CASE #1418 <br />The Community Development Director presented a request for a lot line adjustment noting that <br />the two parcels would like to subdivide the back of their lots to create a new lot which would <br />face Labore. She stated that once the new lot line is established, parcel C would be created. She <br />noted that both parcels face Vanderbie and are longer lots. She stated that the new lot facing <br />Vanderbie would be similar to the adjacent lots that also face Labore and would be similar in <br />size. She reviewed the zoning code requirements noting that upon completion of the lot line <br />adjustment, all three parcels would meet those requirements. She stated that the City Council <br />will hold the public hearing at its meeting on April 26th.
