(D) T'he provisions of this Section shall not apply to the ownership or use of seeing eye <br />dogs by blind persons, dogs when used in police activities by the City, or tracking <br />dogs when used by or with the permission of the City. <br />1101.200. PENAT.,TY FOR VIOLATION OF THIS CHAPTER. Any person in <br />violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Each day on <br />which such violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
