Sanders stated that they are <br />included. <br />Johnson asked if the observation deck for the <br />Frederickshaven development now called the Rushes of Gervais <br />should be added to the list. Wehrle felt that it should be <br />added. <br />Wehrle recapped the discussion relative to future capital <br />improvements. He emphasized that these items will probably <br />change from year to year.
