MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PARK AND RECREATION COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />APRIL 7, 1994 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting <br />of the Park and Recreation Commission of the City of <br />Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 7th day of <br />April, 1994 in the Council Chambers of the City Center <br />located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Vice Chairman Howard Remerowski chaired and called the <br />meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. and the following members <br />of the Commission were present at roll call: <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Mr. <br />Mr. <br />Mr. <br />Ms. <br />Ms. <br />Mr. <br />MEMBERS ABSENT: Mr. <br />Jim Greger <br />Larry Hartmann <br />Tom Holm <br />Karen Johnson <br />Berniece Magnuson <br />Howard Remerowski <br />Ken Wehrle <br />ALSO PRESENT: Mr. Bill Sanders, Park Consultant <br />Mr. Jim Morelan, P & R Director <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer, Rec. Secretary <br />MINUTES Magnuson recommended that the minutes of the March 3, <br />1994 meeting be approved as submitted. <br />Motion seconded by Hartmann. <br />Nomination carried 6 - 0. <br />TOUR OF PARKS The Commission discussed the scheduling of its annual <br />tour of the City's park system. It was the consensus <br />of the Commission that two tours were needed this year; <br />one to look at potential park land acquisitions, and the <br />other to tour the existing park system. The Commission <br />scheduled the first tour to begin at 6:30 P.M. on <br />Thursday, May 5th at the City Center. <br />Sanders suggested that Gervais Mill Park could be toured <br />on April 30th, after the Arbor Day Celebration which is <br />scheduled at Gervais Mill. <br />1 <br />
